Words With Friends Cheat & Word Finder

Unscramble your rack, find every valid play, and pick the highest scorer.

How to Use a Word Finder for Words With Friends

Words With Friends uses its own dictionary (the WWF dictionary), which is close to — but not identical to — the standard Scrabble dictionaries. Our tool's ENABLE and NWL word lists cover the vast majority of valid Words With Friends plays.

1. Enter the letters on your rack into the Word Unscrambler.
2. Use the "Starts with" or "Ends with" filters to match letters already on the board.
3. Sort by length to find your highest-scoring play — longer words and words that use rare letters (Q, X, Z, J) score the most.

Words With Friends scoring tips

Triple Word and Double Letter tiles matter more than raw word length. A short word landing on a Triple Word score with a Q or Z can outscore a long common word. Use the "Must include" filter to check if you can work a high-value letter into your play.
